    "She was spot on!"

    Job opportunity relocated me to RTP area from the greater Pittsburg area. Unfamiliar area and busy business travel with new job, made it challenging to explore the area. Lindy wanted to meet me to discuss my home requirements. Although I did not think it necessary, I agreed. Afterwards,I realize how important that 30-40 minutes is. During this meeting, she wanted to know about me. What I like and what is important to my lifestyle. After viewing a few homes, Lindy advised that she has a good idea of what I am looking for and will "preview" the next to save this extremely busy, traveling professional time. When she finds something that I would like, I would receive a call. Thinking I would never hear from her again, I thanked her. 2 days later, I had a call. She was spot on. I liked it and submitted an offer. Apparently, others did too, as another offer was accepted. Lindy reassured me that it was not the "perfect" home and she would continue to work for me. In her words, "You gotta Love, Love, Love it". Soon after, Lindy showed me another property, which I liked very much and I as I prepared to make an offer, she asked if I would look at another property. This property is in Durham and we had been focused on the Raleigh. By this time, my trust in Lindy grew and felt it was worth a look. Driving into the community, I got the WOW, this is a beautiful. After viewing the home, I knew this was the perfect place for me. Happy to say, that in less than 3 month, I am in my new Durham home. I Love, Love, Love it! Lindy listened to what is important to my lifestyle and worked diligently to find the perfect lace for me and she will for u too!
