#2 Preparing Your Home

Before the sign goes up, or your listing hits the Multiple Listing Service, we’ll want to ensure that you have your home looking and feeling the very best as first impressions count! There may be some repairs, freshening up, cosmetic changes and curb appeal updates that need to be made. These changes can impact how potential buyers feel about the home, and can also impact your asking price!

#3 Home Value

Pricing your home correctly is so important, especially in today’s market! We have years of experience in this market. Having boots on the ground and a “real person” in the home to pull comparables vs online estimates is crucial for the real estate market.

#4 Offers

After your home is listed and gets the exposure that it deserves, offers will be expected to come in. We will assist you in handling those offers and negotiations. During due diligence, after the offer is accepted, there are sometimes another round of negotiations on any repairs that the prospective buyer is requesting, and we will of course help you handle those negotiations as well utilizing our experience in the industry.
